I really like using LOGOS. It is a very comprehensive Bible study tool that you can run on the web, as installed software on your PC or as an app on your phone. There is a free version, but be warned, you will be tempted to spend money for more features and resources. They have recently changed their business model to support subscriptions so you can easily decide how much access you want to pay for if any.
